Along the way, you’ll gain a gentle introduction to Apitherapy and the traditional uses of bee products for wellbeing. A curated honey tasting reveals the flavours of Cyprus’ wild herbs and endemic flora.

Next, you move into the organic farm garden, where you’ll harvest fresh seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs, learning how to select ingredients at their peak.

From here, the journey flows to a serene lakeside setting, where you’ll take part in a hands-on farm-to-table cooking class. Step by step, you’ll prepare a seasonal dish focused on longevity, inspired by Mediterranean traditions.

Afterwards, there is time to slow down—relax by the lake or walk gentle herb paths leading to a viewpoint over the surrounding valleys.
